COMPLAINTS

For any complaint or clarification, the customer must call 0644290590 or write to the email address: info@navonafilms.com The customer will be contacted for clarification within 3 (three) business days of the request. Returns may only be made in cases where:

• The purchased item is defective
• The product does not match the description

Complaints and/or refund requests will not be considered if:

• Sent via the Instagram and Facebook social channels
• Submitted more than 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the goods
